3. Common Gender :

The doctor saved many lives . (Here doctor may be any gent or lady )
4. Neuter Gender :
Neuter Gender refers to non-living things that have no gender . For Examples-
Book , Table , Pen , car , Mountain , River , Computer , etc.
The table is made of wood.
My computer is very fast.

Gender (लिंग) –
अंग्रेज़ी Grammar में Gender किसी noun या pronoun के sex या nature को दिखाता है।
अर्थात—किसी व्यक्ति, पशु या वस्तु का पुरुष, स्त्री, सामान्य, या निर्जीव होना।
Gender को समझना ज़रूरी है क्योंकि इससे

Kinds of Gender (लिंग के प्रकार)-
अंग्रेज़ी में चार प्रकार के Gender होते हैं:
1. Masculine Gender (पुल्लिंग)-
इसमें उन nouns को रखा जाता है जो पुरुष या नर का बोध कराते हैं।
Examples:
boy, man, king, lion, brother, father etc.
2. Feminine Gender (स्त्रीलिंग)-
इसमें वे nouns आते हैं जो महिला या मादा को दर्शाते हैं।
Examples:
girl, woman, queen, lioness, sister, mother etc.
3. Common Gender (उभयलिंग)-
इसमें वे nouns आते हैं जिनसे लिंग स्पष्ट नहीं होता—यानी male या female दोनों हो सकते हैं।
Examples:
teacher, student, child, doctor, friend, neighbour etc.
4. Neuter Gender (नपुंसकलिंग)-
इसमें उन nouns को रखा जाता है जो निर्जीव वस्तुएँ, प्राकृतिक वस्तुएँ या भाव दर्शाते हैं।
इनमें ना तो पुरुषत्व होता है और ना स्त्रीत्व।
